Order processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days due to high demand. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In case of high order volume, processing times may be extended. We reserve the right to adjust processing times when necessary.
Shipping times
Estimated delivery time is 6–9 business days after dispatch.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, logistical disruptions, or high seasonal demand.
Customs, duties and taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow several days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Incorrect address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or undelivered packages
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, or appears lost in transit, please contact us at bookian@use.startmail.com.
We will review the case and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
